Tourism News ( October 28 - November 3)

1/ The “Good tour guide of Ho Chi Minh City Tournament contest” 2019 finished  on the evening of September 30, 2019 at City Children's House. Overcoming 300 contestants in the semi-finals, 22 excellent contestants competed in the final round. The contest is an opportunity for contestants to exchange and widen knowledge from experiences, and at the same time show their bravery and competence for the tour guide profession.

2/ On the evening of October 31, 2019, the art fountain located at the intersection of Nguyen Hue and Le Loi street was officially inaugurated to serve the public. The work includes landscapes, an art fountain system, a special crystal lotus statue. It is introduced to bring people and tourists have more interesting destinations in Ho Chi Minh City.

3/ Style Magazine of New York Times - the leading newspaper in the United States  had an article introducing the special features of Ho Chi Minh City - the largest and filled with vitality city of Vietnam in October 29. The newspaper stated that Ho Chi Minh City, or known as Saigon is associated with the history, which imprinting decades of war but bringing surprisingly new feeling to anyone.

4/ At the 6th AHP in Pakse City (Lao PDR) recently, Vu Quang - Ha Tinh National Park was officially declared and awarded the title of "ASEAN Heritage Garden" by the AHP Council, ASEAN Center for Biodiversity (ACB). Vu Quang National Park is known as one of the most biodiversity centers in Vietnam, located in an important position in the Truong Son mountain range, alternating between Pu Mat National Park in the North and Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park in the South.
